We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless a mistake occurred during the picking and packing process, resulting in the wrong size or product being shipped to you.

3. You reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Resolution Process:

Upon receiving your email, our team will review the provided information and, if the mistake is confirmed, we will initiate the return or exchange process. Please allow up to two (2) business days for us to respond to your inquiry.

If the error is verified, we will:

1. Provide you with a return shipping label.
2. In the case of an exchange, ship the correct item to you free of charge.
