We accept returns and exchanges only if there was an error in the picking and packing process, resulting in the wrong size or product being sent to you, or if the item arrived damaged.

Note: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any other reason at this time.

• The item is unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags and original packaging intact.
• You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The item is not customized or a final sale item (e.g., used or worn items are not eligible).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you believe you received the wrong item due to an error, or if the item arrived damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@indigenousmarketing.ca. In your email, include the following information:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the item

Resolution Process

Upon receiving your request, our team will review the details provided. If the error or damage is confirmed, we will begin the return or exchange process.

Here’s what to expect:

Response Time: We’ll respond to your inquiry within two (2) business days.

Return Shipping: If a return is required, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label at no cost.

Exchange Process: For exchanges, we will ship the correct item to you free of charge after the original item is returned.

Refunds: Refunds are only available if the wrong item was shipped due to an error on our part.

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.
