Forms Order Process

Step 1: Choose items & determine prices

  • Select the items you wish to order and determine the price for each item.  
  • Quantity discounts are available when you order 13 or more of the same-type items. For example, 13 t-shirts would receive discounted pricing, but 6 t-shirts and 7 hoodies would not. 
  • Please note taxes and shipping are not included in the pricing matrix below as they vary by location. You are welcome to contact us directly at info@indigenousmarketing.ca for tax and shipping estimates for your group or school. 
  • The final price you determine for each item should cover the additional cost of taxes and shipping. 

Step 2: Collect orders

Collect orders from your group or school community using your preferred collection method.  

  • Paper Orders: For paper order forms, use the first page of the general or school order form and add a space for name and classroom, as needed. Fill in the prices, then distribute the updated form and size chart. 
  • MunchALunch: For schools already using MunchALunch, contact us at info@indigenousmarketing.ca to receive an Excel spreadsheet that makes order setup easier! 

Step 3: Submit your order

  • Compile all the orders and fill out a single copy of the order form.
  • Submit the order form to info@indigenousmarketing.ca to place your order.

Step 4: Order confirmation & shipping

  • Our team will connect with you to confirm your order with the final quote and collect the PO number, if applicable.
  • Once you approve the quote, we will send you an invoice and ship your order.
  • Most orders ship the next business day, but some orders may require additional processing time.
